Rodger Phiri, ArtGlo's Executive Director, passionately embraces the transformative potential of participatory arts to drive social inclusion. With a background in Social Development (University of Cape Town) and Business Administration (Malawi College of Accountancy), Rodger is a staunch advocate for human rights. His extensive training in Project Management, Health Rights, HIV/AIDS, and Global Health Fundamentals is complemented by his commitment to the African ethos of Umunthu, emphasizing interconnectedness, interdependence and our shared humanity.
